Responsibilities
- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify their needs, and provide appropriate product information and support.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, organize seminars, and participate in medical conferences and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to develop strategies for increased market share.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet,
Science or any related field. - A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry is a MUST.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Pediatrics and Gynecology is preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
