Senior Act As Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the assigned area.
  • Build and Maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare professionals in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Analyze market trends.
  • Manage and Train a team of Medical representatives to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Medical representative is MANDATORY.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in managing Junior Medical Representatives is a PLUS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in IM, Ortho, Gyna & Pedia is  preferred.
  • Cairo resident.
  • Delta resident.
