- Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the assigned area.
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare professionals in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Analyze market trends.
- Manage and Train a team of Medical representatives to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and Report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Medical representative is MANDATORY.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in managing Junior Medical Representatives is a PLUS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in IM, Ortho, Gyna & Pedia is preferred.
