Responsibilities
 

Achieve Sales, Profitability, and market share targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare professionals in the region.

Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Analyze market trends.

Understanding and satisfying customers’ needs in a win- win situation.

Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or Sciences.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager is MANDATORY.  

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Proven experience collaborating with leading KOLs across various medical specialties.

Previous experience in Sales is a MUST.
