Monkey Task 360 (WM360) is an internal business productivity application developed by Willi Med.
This application is designed to allow authorized users to access business data stored on our secure Odoo servers hosted on DigitalOcean.
1. Information We Collect
WM360 does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users within the mobile application itself.
The app only displays data retrieved securely from the company's internal ERP system using encrypted API communication.
We do not automatically gather:
- Device identifiers
- Contacts
- Photos
- Usage analytics
- Crash reports
- Cookies
- Advertising data
1.1 Location Data Section:
Monkey Task collects location data to support visit verification and ensure that employees are at the correct location when submitting visits. This is optional based on company’s request.
Location data may be collected while the app is in use and, with user permission, even when the app is closed or not in use (background location).
This data is securely transmitted to the company’s ERP system and is not shared with third parties.
2. ERP Data Access
Authorized employees or partners may view business data stored on our servers, which may include:
- Employee records
- Customer profiles
- Visits
- Plans
- Internal documents
This data is not stored on the user’s device, and the app only displays information pulled from our secure backend.
3. Data Security
All communication between WM360 and our backend is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.
Access is restricted using secure login credentials managed internally by Willi Med.
4. Third-Party Services
The WM360 mobile app does not use third-party SDKs, analytics tools, ads, or external integrations.
5. User Rights
Since WM360 does not collect personal data via the mobile app, no personal data is stored, processed, or sold by the app.
